At Better Nature, we can offer you 1 to 1 support, courses, mindfulness, therapeutic groups and drop-in sessions where you can feel safe and supported to better understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours while connecting meaningfully with nature.
How can we help?
You might be struggling with anxiety or persistent depression. Perhaps it has been difficult to access other therapies or you are looking for ways to support yourself through a really difficult time. You might be feeling alone and isolated and not sure how to get back into all the things that life has to offer. There are many reasons why we might need support and coming back to nature is a gentle, effective and proven way to come back to being yourself again.​

A Free six-week course for people with anxiety, depression or burnout.
This program is rooted in research that shows getting connected to nature can improve your mental and physical health. Over the six weeks we offer you skills for getting in touch with nature to help cope with life's ups and downs so that you will be more resourced going forward.​​​
