Our affordable retreats offer a chance to deepen your practice of mindfulness and nature connection, providing valuable benefits for your mental and health and wellbeing.


Our monthly nature connection sessions will introduce you to key nature-based mindfulness practices to support your wellbeing.

These mindfulness courses will give you the tools, guidance and experience to bring a regular mindfulness and meditation practice into your daily life.



Nature-based counselling or therapy offers you the chance to work with a trained and experienced ecotherapist to explore more deeply what is going on for you. Just like with talking therapies, sessions are weekly for up to 70 minutes in a natural setting that you and the therapist will decide on together.
We offer eco-centric professional development workshops for counsellors, psychotherapists and others in the helping professions.
