Our monthly nature connections sessions will introduce you to key nature-based mindfulness practices to support your wellbeing. As well as these practices, there is time for a relaxing cuppa and shared experiences round the fire plus simple nature crafts or wild cooking. The sessions are led by an experienced and friendly facilitator so no prior experience is needed. This is a small, friendly and welcoming group where you can take time to nourish yourself and connect with others. Booking is essential.

This meditation group sit run by Tom Veck.The sessions aim to help everyone to explore, improve, sustain and strengthen their meditation practice whether or not they are already part of a group or religion. There will be opportunity to share readings and wisdom, ask questions, make connections as well as the chance to chat, drink tea and feel part of a wholesome and growing community.
