Therapeutic Nature Connection Courses
Throughout these 8 week courses you will be guided through the tools and pathways of both nature-based mindfulness and nature connection with the aim of supporting your personal growth and wellbeing.

Based on the core concepts behind mindfulness and the ‘Five Pathways to Nature Connection’, you can discover how to engage more meaningfully and deeply with the natural world.

The course is offered to a closed group for the duration of the 8 sessions, to ensure a safe and supportive group within which you can take the time to reflect on and share your experiences in nature.
The course also covers helpful tips and tools for managing worry, anxiety and stress. Each session takes place at the same outdoor setting only a short drive from Frome.​By the end of this course you should have a greater understanding of how the mind works and what you can do to support yourself to be mentally well. The course is practical, experiential, and informative and gives you ample opportunities to practice the tools to support your mental wellbeing in daily life.​The course is facilitated by a qualified mindfulness teacher and a qualified eco-therapist, both of whom are skilled and experienced in supporting people in their personal growth and development.
